For customers with a QSA service agreement, emergency support is available 24 hours a day.
Use the dedicated emergency number provided by your technician or project manager. If it’s not urgent, please contact our main office during regular hours and we’ll schedule the right support.

24/7 Monitoring

QSA offers ULC-listed monitoring for:

  • Intrusion alarms
  • Fire alarms
  • Environmental sensors (temperature, water, power)
  • Panic and duress devices

Our monitoring station alerts fire departments, emergency contacts, and on-call staff immediately when signals occur — even when buildings are empty or staff can’t hear alarms.
