How do I request a quote or service visit?
You can call our office at (506) 452-0161, email sales@qsa.ca, or submit a form through our website. A QSA team member will follow up to gather details and schedule a visit.
Do you handle both new construction and retrofit projects?
Yes. We support new builds, expansions, and retrofit projects including design, installation, commissioning, testing, and integration.
Do you offer preventative maintenance programs?
Yes. We provide scheduled preventive maintenance and system health checks for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intercom, and nurse call systems.
Can QSA work on systems installed by other companies?
In most cases, yes. We service and repair fire alarm, access control, CCTV, nurse call, and PA systems installed by other contractors, depending on manufacturer compatibility.
Do you work on PA and intercom systems?
Yes. We install and repair PA systems, intercoms, paging systems, and school communication systems.
Do you install and service nurse call systems?
Yes. We install, repair, modernize, and test wired and wireless nurse call systems for hospitals, clinics, and long-term care homes.
Can you repair a beeping or malfunctioning fire alarm panel?
Yes. Our technicians troubleshoot faults, ground issues, communication problems, damaged devices, and nuisance alarms across all major fire alarm brands.
Do you perform fire alarm inspections?
Yes. We provide annual and monthly code-compliant fire alarm inspections, including documentation for insurers and authorities having jurisdiction.

Yes. We install, service, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems and perform retrofits and panel upgrades.
Do you install and repair security cameras (CCTV)?

Can you repair or upgrade an existing access control system?
