Connor is QSA’s Service Operations Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day coordination of service, scheduling, and field execution across our customer base. He works closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time, clearly communicated, and carried through without gaps.
Prior to joining QSA, Connor held operations and fleet management roles in the transportation and logistics sector, where he was responsible for dispatching, route planning, and performance oversight across multi-regional operations. He brings hands-on experience managing high volumes of work, coordinating teams in real time, and solving issues as they arise — all with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
Connor approaches operations with a practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on communication. His background in logistics translates directly into how he supports service delivery at QSA – keeping work moving, reducing friction, and helping ensure customers have a consistent experience from request through completion.
Connor holds a diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics from Eastern College.
