She works closely with partners and customers to ensure alignment, sustainability, and operational excellence across every engagement.
Prior to joining QSA, Michelle built a strong track record scaling high-growth organizations and leading commercial functions across the technology and industrial sectors. She served as VP of Growth at 4AG Robotics, where she led global marketing and sales ($12M+ pipeline) and supported a successful $40M Series B raise. Earlier in her career, she was a Manager at Geigsen Group in New York City, advising Fortune 200 executives on corporate strategy and contributing to the firm’s rapid growth.
Michelle began her career in strategy and portfolio management at EY (NYC) and KPMG (Ottawa), working with Fortune 500 leadership teams on revenue growth and strategic planning. This foundation continues to shape her approach today, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, partner alignment, and connecting commercial objectives with technical delivery.
She holds dual Bachelor of Commerce degress in Management Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Ottawa, graduating with honors. Michelle completed all CPA examinations before transitioning her career toward strategy and commercial operations. She is an Associate of the Royal Conservatory and enjoys reading and surfing in her spare time.
