Ryan is an Account Executive on QSA’s commercial team, working directly with customers to understand their facilities, operational priorities, and long-term needs. He supports customer accounts from initial conversations through ongoing engagement, bringing a consultative, sales-driven approach and a strong focus on clear communication and follow-through.
Prior to joining QSA, Ryan worked in B2B sales and go-to-market roles with service-based organizations, where he partnered closely with owners and operators to evaluate solutions, align stakeholders, and move projects forward. Having worked with customers across Fredericton and Saint John, New Brunswick, he brings a practical, relationship-first mindset to account management and collaborates closely with QSA’s technical and operations teams to ensure well-coordinated support.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf and badminton, and spending time at the gym with friends.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
