Thom brings over 30 years of experience in low-voltage, life safety, and communications systems. He began his career as a technician specializing in nurse call systems and healthcare integrations, along with public address and professional audio systems, and has built deep hands-on expertise across security, CCTV, and access control platforms.
Today, Thom leads QSA’s technical systems support function. He is responsible for service scheduling, technical escalation, in-house training, system standards, and new product evaluation and procurement. Known for his calm judgment, technical rigor, and steady leadership, Thom plays a central role in ensuring QSA’s systems are delivered correctly, supported reliably, and perform when it matters most. Thom is deeply trusted within the organization and is often the person teams turn to when problems are complex and the stakes are high.
